At 36 weeks I'm still feeling good. I hardly think about being pregnant, except for the five times I get up a night to pee. Or when I'm trying to get comfortable in bed. Or when I get extremely winded walking up the stairs. Or when I can't leave my cube at work without every. single. person. I see making some sort of pregnancy comment to me. When you're pregnant, new friends come crawling out of the woodwork and you have to make a lot of small talk with people you don't know well. It comes with the territory.
So, 36 weeks. Here's a picture that was taken last weekend (pre-wedding ring removal)...the most recent of me. It doesn't look like I have a belly AT ALL! And oh my gosh, I do, I swear. If I ever think about it during the daylight hours and not when everyone in my family is tucked into bed I'll have someone take a recent profile pic of me. (Kel, I know you love those belly pics!!)
Wow, I really can't get over how much I don't look pregnant here. And how about E's smile? Gah, I can't wait until those girls start smiling for the camera again. Here's what I looked like last time at 36 weeks. Not bad! (Maybe E's still mad about how lax I was about supporting her head when she was first born - Mom of the Year!) Look at those cute little peanuts.
